About Pfau & Company Realtors
Pfau & Company Realtors began as a personal decision, not a business plan. After years of working inside larger real estate and industry firms, we realized we wanted something different for ourselves and the people we served. We wanted the freedom to slow things down, stay personally involved, and build relationships that lasted beyond a single transaction. In 2000, we opened our own brokerage with that goal in mind.
Being independent allowed us to shape our work around values that mattered to us: accountability, consistency, and doing things the right way even when it takes more time. Over the years, that choice has guided how we show up for our clients and how our business has grown quietly through referrals and long-standing relationships rather than volume or promotion.
As a husband-and-wife team, we work side by side on every transaction. Clients work directly with us from start to finish, not a rotating cast of assistants or team members. That structure allows for clearer communication, steadier guidance, and a level of care that's hard to replicate in larger operations.
We've spent our lives in Central Texas and the surrounding Hill Country, watching communities change while still holding onto what makes them special. That long-term perspective shapes how we think about homes, land, and the decisions that come with them.
A Touch of Local Life
Our home sits on a family ranch near Liberty Hill, where the pace is a little slower and the land itself encourages long-term thinking. Living here reflects the lifestyle many of our clients value: space, privacy, and a connection to place. It also reinforces how we approach real estate: thoughtfully, patiently, and with respect for what people are building for the future.
At Pfau & Company Realtors, we are proud of the business we've built and the relationships maintained over the years. If you are considering a move and want guidance from people who live and work here with intention, reach out when it makes sense.
