C.J. Pfau

C.J. Pfau co-founded Pfau & Company Realtors in 2000 after building a strong background across banking, title, residential construction, and real estate sales. That experience continues to shape the steady, practical perspective she brings to every transaction.

She oversees the day-to-day progress of each sale from contract through closing, ensuring timelines are met, details are handled correctly, and clients remain informed throughout the process. Her role provides structure and continuity at one of the most critical stages of a transaction.

C.J. also leads buyer representation for the firm. She works closely with clients to help them understand market conditions, evaluate property realistically, and structure offers that secure the right home on terms that support both financial comfort and long-term resale value.

Jon and C.J. collaborate on every transaction to shape negotiation strategy, strengthen leverage, and improve outcomes for the clients they represent.

Born and raised in Taylor, Texas, C.J. remains closely connected to the people and communities she has known for decades. She values the opportunity to continue working with friends, families, and referrals throughout the area and across Central Texas.
