C.J. Pfau leads buyer representation for the firm and works closely with clients throughout the process. With experience spanning banking, title, residential construction, and real estate sales, she helps buyers evaluate homes realistically, understand property trade-offs, and make well-informed decisions before moving forward.

During the 2008–2011 housing downturn, Jon and C.J. also spent several years purchasing, improving, and reselling homes. That hands-on experience continues to shape the practical perspective they bring to property condition, improvement potential, buyer appeal, and long-term resale value today.  

When the right opportunity appears, preparation and thoughtful negotiation become critical. Jon and C.J. work together to structure offers, navigate competing interests, evaluate inspection findings, and manage the transaction carefully from contract through closing.
