Jon Pfau

Jon Pfau co-founded Pfau & Company Realtors in 2000 and has been licensed since 1991. With more than three decades of active brokerage experience across changing market cycles, he brings seasoned judgment and long-range perspective to the clients he represents.

Jon oversees the firm’s sales activity and marketing direction. His focus is on how Pfau & Company Realtors presents its services, connects with prospective clients, and develops new opportunities throughout the markets the brokerage serves.

Jon also leads listing representation. He works with sellers to prepare and position their property to compete in the right value range, then builds the marketing approach designed to support value and attract motivated buyer interest.

Jon and C.J. work together on each transaction to implement negotiation strategies that improve leverage and help their clients achieve stronger outcomes.

Born in Austin, Texas, Jon spent his high school years in Florence and began his real estate career in Round Rock with a large franchise firm. Decades of working throughout Central Texas have given him long-standing familiarity with the communities and land that define the region.

Pfau & Company Realtors serves buyers and sellers throughout Williamson, Burnet, and Travis counties, with particular focus on Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Round Rock, Taylor, Burnet, and surrounding Hill Country communities.
