Still One of My Favorite Parts of the Business.

After more than 36 years in real estate, I’ve probably installed well over a thousand real estate signs across Central Texas.

And honestly, I still enjoy it.

There’s something about putting a sign in the ground that makes the responsibility feel real.

It means someone has trusted us with an important part of their life.

They’ve trusted us to create value for them—to prepare carefully, communicate honestly, negotiate effectively, solve problems when they arise, and remain closely involved from beginning to end.

That trust has never felt routine.

Over the years, the market has changed.

Technology has changed.

The industry has changed.

But people still want many of the same things.

They want representation they can trust.

They want thoughtful advice.

They want someone who answers the phone, tells them the truth, protects their interests, and genuinely cares about the outcome.

That’s what the sign represents to me.

Not simply another listing.

A commitment.

And after all these years, that’s still one of my favorite parts of the business.

Preparation. Positioning. Negotiation. Results.
