Instead of waiting until every project is complete, a listing can be shared within Unlock MLS with Realtor members and their clients while the seller continues preparing the home for the market.

During the Flex period, sellers retain control over whether to consider showing requests, allowing them to decide when the property is truly ready to be shown.

Because the listing has not yet entered its full public marketing phase, public Days on Market do not accrue during the Flex period.

That creates an opportunity to begin generating awareness, gauge buyer interest, and thoughtfully position the property before its official public launch.

Like any marketing strategy, Flex isn’t the right choice for every property.
